Belden Brick Company, The

Nestled in the heart of Sugarcreek, Ohio, Plant 4 is one of five full-service manufacturing facilities operated by The Belden Brick Company. Acquired in 1946 through the purchase of the Finzer Brothers Clay Company, Plant 4 continues to uphold Belden’s longstanding tradition of quality craftsmanship and innovation. The plant specializes in the production of extruded face brick, pavers, thin brick, structural brick, and custom shapes, all made using locally sourced Ohio clay and shale. Belden’s skilled artisans employ time-honored manufacturing techniques, some inspired by historical “bee-hive” kiln methods, to ensure lasting beauty and durability in every product.
